Teens and Adults (13 years and older)
It's never too late to get involved in martial arts! Martial arts is a great way to get in shape, learn self-defense, release stress, and meet new people in a great learning and friendly environment. Our instructors will introduce you to the basics of Taekwondo at a pace that is suited for your needs. Every Adult class consists of cardio, stretching, strikes, taekwondo forms, and self-defense.
